HPLC测定小儿清肺止咳泡腾片中苦杏仁苷的研究

Determination thd Content of Amygdalin in Xiaoer Qingfei Zhike Effervescent Tablet by HPLC

目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定小儿清肺止咳泡腾片中苦杏仁苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4．6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(75:25);检测波长:218nm;流速1．0ml·min^(-1)。结果:苦杏仁苷在0．27～2．73μg的范围内成线性。r=0．9998,平均回收率为98．1%,RSD为2．36%。结论:该方法简便,可用于该药的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method of determination the content of amygdalin in Xiao＇er Qingfei Zhike effervescent tablet by HPLC. Method： Diamonsil C18 colum（ 150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, mobile phase was methanol-water（75： 25）, determination wavelength was at 218 nm, and flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result： The linear range of amygdalin was 0.27 -2.73 μg, r = 0.999 8, and an average recovery was 98.1%, RSD =2.36%. Conclusion： This method is simple and can be used to quality control of Xiaoer Qingfei Zhike effervescent tablet.
