摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定中成药天麻胶囊中非法掺入的西药吲哚美辛。方法:采用kromasil C_8柱(250mm×4．6 mm,10μm),流动相:0．1mol·L^(-1)冰醋酸溶液-乙腈(52．5:47．5),检测波长:228nm,流速:1．0ml·min^(-1),柱温:25℃。结果:测得吲哚美辛线性范围为10．3～92．7μg·ml^(-1)(r=0．9999),平均回收率为102．0%,RSD为0．7%。结论:本法操作简便,结果可靠,可用于检测天麻胶囊中非法添加的西药吲哚美辛。
Objective： To establish a method for determination Indometacin added illegally in Tianma Capsules by HPLC. Method： The kromasil C8 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm, 10 μm）, was used the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol · L^-1 glacial acetic acid solution-acetonitrile （52.5：47.5 ） the detection wavelength was 228 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result： The linear range of indometaein was 10.3 - 92.7 μg·ml^-1 （ r = 0.999 9 ）. The average recovery was 102.0% （ RSD =0. 7% ）. Conclusion： The method was simple, accurate and can be used for determination the content of Indometacin added IIIegally in Tianma Capsules.
