摘要
目的:建立注射用头孢西丁钠的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:BonChrom·C_(18)柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为水-乙腈-冰醋酸(810:190:10);检测波长254nm;流速为1ml·min^(-1)。结果:头孢西丁在75~1200μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为100.0%,RSD0.1%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of cefoxitin sodium for injection. Method. The Bon chrom C is column ( 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid (810 : 190: 10), the flow rate was 1ml·min^-1 ; the detection wavelength was at 254 nm. Result: The cefoxitin sodium presented a good linear correlation within arrange of 75 - 1200 μg·ml^-1, r = 0.999 9. The average recovery was 100.0%, RSD = 0.1%. Conclusion: This mothed is simple, rapid and accurate.
