毛羽是棉纱质量的关键指标,用1.8级细绒棉的配比纺J9.7tex棉纱,通过优化工艺与温湿度控制、加强设备与操作管理,使J9.7tex棉纱毛羽得到较好的控制,降低了成本,取得了较好的效益。
Hairiness is a key index of cotton yarn quality. This trial indicates that with a mix of grade 1.8 long-staple cotton for J 9.7rex cotton yarn and by optimizing technologies and well control.ling temperature and relative humidity and strengthening management of equipments and operations, hairiness of J 9.7tex cotton yarn can be reduced with costs lowered and economic effect gained.
