摘要
介绍了利用水溶性纤维特性设计生产具有立体浮雕花纹效果的双色提花割绒毛巾的工艺过程和技术要点,产品由无捻毛圈构成凸起花部,割绒毛圈构成凹陷地部,由此形成美观的花纹效果。
The process flow and technical keys in designing two-color jacquard cut pile towel with sculptured effect and made of water soluble tioer are introduced. The none-twist terry creates the up pattern whilst the cut pile forms its sunk stitch, thus gained a beautiful effect.
