摘要 将注射成型中塑料熔体在型腔内充填模拟基本理论及熔体前沿跟踪技术应用到具体的光学透镜模具设计中,通过对模拟结果的分析与评判,有效预防了原模具设计方案用于实际生产时可能出现的问题,生产出了合格的产品,CAE技术的可靠性与实用性得到证实。 The basic analog theory for simulating the filling process of plastic melts in the cavity of injection moulds, and the tracking technique for melts front edge was applied to the design of a mould for optical lens. The analysis on the analog result can help effectively modify the design scheme and prevent the problems that may occur in production.
