摘要
分析了影响热锻模热负荷与危险点处热应力的因素。应用DEFORM-2D有限元软件分别模拟了同样的模具材料采用不同的工艺参数以及同样的工艺参数采用不同的模具材料时,热锻模材料变物性参数对模具应力的影响。分析了模拟结论不一致的原因,找到了使模拟结论一致的条件,并发现了锻模材料的4个变物性参数对模具应力影响的规律,得到了对模具选材、提高模具寿命具有指导意义的结论。
The factors of influencing the thermal load and thermal stress at the peril point of hot forging die were analyzed. Finite element software DEFORM-2D was used to respectively simulate the effects of variable physical property parameters of die materials on die stress under two different conditions, one is with same die materials and different technological parameters, the other with same technological parameters but different die materials. The reasons to cause inconsistent simulation results were analyzed, and the conditions to conform the results were found out. The rules of the effects of four variable physical property parameters on die stress were discovered which can guide the selection of die materials and increase the service life of dies.
