摘要
钪酸铋基压电材料因其优异的性能及高的居里温度,近年来受到各国学者的极大关注。结合近年来有关高温压电材料(居里温度Tc>400℃)的研究,归纳并分析了钪酸铋基高温压电材料的研究与进展,着重介绍了钪酸铋基高温压电材料的主要体系和制备方法,以及这些体系的压电铁电性能;此外,还对钪酸铋基高温压电材料今后的研究和发展提出了一些建议。
The researches of BiscO3-based piezoelectric materials are very important because of their excellent properties, especially their high Curie temperature for the uses in high temperatures. In this paper, the high Curie temperature (To〉400℃) piezoelectric materials and the processing techniques of these materials are summarized and the recent progresses of these materials are overviewed. It is pointed out that the high Curie temperature BiscO3-based piezoelectric materials are being widely studied worldwide with most interest. The future developments of BiscO3-based piezoelectric materials are also suggested.
