摘要
低温等离子技术是一种近年来飞速发展的材料表面改性技术,它在不影响材料基体性能的前提下能改善材料表面的物理化学性质。但等离子对材料改性的效果并不稳定,随着时间的推移部分效果会失去,这种现象称为等离子处理的时效性。介绍了在这方面的最新研究进展,归纳了影响时效性的各种因素以及对该现象的研究方法和表征手段。
The low temperature plasma processing of materials has been developed fast in recent years because it only affects the chemical and .physical properties of the outmost layer without altering the bulk properties. Polar groups can be introduced from this treatment, however, these groups tend to disappear with the elapse of time after treatment. Such phenomenon is named aging effect or hydrophobic recovery of the plasma treatment. In this paper, mechanisms of aging effect are summarized, and characterization and analysis way of this field are introduced.
