摘要
测试了微胶囊自修复复合材料的基体和胶囊壳材料的断裂韧性,并分析了夹层模拟试件和含模拟胶囊试件的断裂特性,研究了胶囊壳材料与基体材料断裂韧性的匹配关系。结果表明:当基体材料与胶囊壳材料的断裂韧性差值小于107754.45Pa.m1/2时,裂纹扩展时胶囊壳能够破裂。
In this paper, the fracture toughness match relation between the shells of capsule and matrices is studied through fracture toughness testing of matrices and capsule shells and analyzing the fracture characteristics of the sandwich simulating sample and the sample containing simulating capsule. The results show that as the fracture toughness margin of matrices and capsule shells is less than 107754, 45 Pa·m^1/2, the capsule shell can break up when the crack propagates,
