摘要
以高岭土为原料在家用微波炉合成4A分子筛的基础上,扩展到半工业微波炉上合成了质量较好的4A分子筛,产物的质量可达公斤级。用XRD、IR、SEM、激光粒度分析仪等分析手段对合成的样品进行了表征。结果表明,半工业微波炉合成的4A分子筛的钙交换容量可达310 mg CaCO3/g干沸石,白度为90 %,粒度小于4μm可达99 .99 %,为实现4A分子筛的微波工业化生产提供了依据。此外,在微波场作用下4A沸石的成核速度大大加快,晶化所需时间大为缩短,所合成产物的质量也较传统方法好。
Zeolite 4A with good quality is synthesized in semiwork microwave oven on the basis of successful synthesis of zeolite 4A from kaolin in household microwave oven, and the weight of the product can reach kilogram grade every time. The products are characterized by XRD, IR, SEM, laser crystal sizedistribution apparatus, and so on. Results demonstrate that the product's calcium exchangeability is 310 nag CaCO3/g dried zeolite, the whiteness is 90%, and the crystal size smaller than 4μm is 99. 99%. It offers basis for the synthesis of zeolite 4A by microwave in industry. Moreover, the crystallization speed of zeolite 4A in microwave field is much faster and the crystallization time also shortens, but the product's quality is better than that of the product synthesized by conventional method.
