临床医生对处方自动筛选系统中药物相互作用警示的依从性与信息质量的相关性分析

Investigation of relationship between doctors' compliance with warning of drug interactions provided by prescription automatic screening system and quality of information

目的:调查处方自动筛选系统(PASS)信息的质量与临床医生依从性的相关性。方法:2005年8月15-24日每天在成都军区总医院30个病区中随机抽取3个病区,对该病区当日出现的所有相互作用警示采用药师评估+发放调查问卷的形式,对信息质量与依从性的相关性进行分析。结果:临床医生对信息的处置主要与信息建议的易操作性、信息与临床的一致性相关。结论:药师对PASS信息正确的解释和合理的建议对临床医生更好地利用PASS信息有所帮助。

Objective,. To investigate the relationship between doctors compliance and quality of information provided by prescription automatic screening system（PASS）. Methods. Daily warnings of drug interactions through PASS were collected in three departments, which were randomly chosen from all the medical departments, during August 15-24, 2005 in General Hospital of Chengdu Military Region. Then the relationship between doctors compliance and PASS information quality was evaluated by pharmacists based on the questionnaires filled by doctors. Resultst The two main factors influencing doctors decisions were easy to follow the advice given by PASS and conformation between advice and clinical practice. Conclusion： Correct explanation and reasonable advice given by pharmacists are helpful to doctors for making better use of PASS information.
