摘要
麻风是细菌性周围神经疾病,可导致畸残,从而引起人们的恐惧和歧视。 上海地区1982～1990年有新发病例53例,发病年龄4～76岁,平均41.3岁;男41例,女12例(3.42∶1);病期10天～34年,平均40.65个月。
Since 1982 to 1990,53 new cases of leprosy, with a mean age of 41.3 years and the disease duration of 40. 7 months on the average, have been detected in Shanghai City. They all have
nerve damages that are dysfunction and nerve swollen. 26 cases have degree II and three have degree III of disability on diagnosed. 25 cases had type I reaction before treatment, of which 21 have disability. It is important that the disability of two cases recovered after completion of MDT.
