摘要
足底溃疡是麻风常见的并发症,严重威胁患者的健康,也是造成社会歧视病人的主要原因。我们对52例复杂性麻风足底溃疡综合防治二年,效果良好。其中男性35例,女17例;年龄28～60岁,平均41岁;溃疡共70个,其中跖骨部57个。
Through teaching patients self -care for their feet with complex plantar ulcers and making them persist in doing so, out of 70 ulcers in 52 cases, 58 ulcers of 44 cases have healed up for two to five months, but 10 ulcers relapsed after healed because of overwalking. The authors suggest that leprosy control services should have a group of staff, including surgeon, sister, shoe - making worker and sociologist, for prevention and treatment of plantar ulcers.
