摘要
目的:通过调查医院员工满意度现状,寻找员工满意度影响因素,为提高员工满意度提供理论依据。方法:采用满意度问卷调查表,收集数据使用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果:医院员工满意度总体情况接近比较满意水平;影响满意度的因素有管理制度,工作岗位,医院建设,报酬分配等方面。结论:医院应当关注员工满意情绪管理,建立员工工作满意度调查制度,关注不同影响因素和不同群体差异,以提高员工工作满意度。
Objectives: to find factors of staff satisfaction and theories to improve staff satisfaction. Methods: data collection by questionnaire and data analysis by SPSS 11.0. Results: The total staff satisfaction was good, the key factor influencing staff satisfaction were management institutional, post, construction and distribution. Conclusions: Hospital were considered to care about staff satisfaction and its influencing factors to improve staff satisfaction.
