摘要
在今天医疗纠纷已成为医疗界、法律界、新闻媒体和广大人民关注热点之一。而在频发的医疗纠纷中,多数是非医疗技术问题,而是人文医疗服务的不满意引发的。而提高人文关怀是21世纪医学发展的主旋律,也是当前以人为本,构建和谐社会大环境对医学提出的要求。本文从心理学角度探讨分析医患的需求,患者有什么样的需求,医者该有哪些思考与调整,医者有哪些需求,医院的管理者又该有哪些思考与调整?以便使医疗变得更人性化,医患关系更和谐。
Medical dispute was focused by medical, media and public. But the increasing medical dispute was not mainly caused of technology reasons but lack of human based service. And human based service was the principal trend in 21st century and the demand of construction harmonious society. The article discussed both hospital and patient' s demands in psychology view to promote hospital-patient relationship and improve human based service.
