美国为代表的西方发达国家,掀起了一场广泛的、涉及公司法基本原理的公司治理大讨论,其中公司的社会责任就是其争论的焦点之一。而其中关于公司社会责任的基本标准问题又是研究和讨论的重要问题。SA8000标准被认为是公司社会责任的普遍遵循标准,而在我国这一标准尚在起步阶段,同时这一标准对我国法律法规的完善具有相当的指导意义。

The Western developed countries headed by The United States, set off an extensivediscussion, on basic principles of corporate governance , in which corporate social responsibility is one of the point. Of which the basic standards on corporate social responsibility issuesis the study and discussion of impprtant issues. SA8000 standards considered generally follow the standards of corporate social responsibility, and the standard in our country is still at an initial stage and the standards of our relevant laws and regulations of considerable significance.
