摘要
师生关系在教学活动中有着举足轻重的地位。传统师生关系单向化、冷漠化、功利化倾向日益膨胀,而主客二元对立的思维方式正是传统师生关系异化的根源。教学中的师生对话是指双方的“敞开”、“接纳”和“倾听”,是指双方共同在场、相互理解、共同参与,这种对话更多地是彼此接纳和共同分享,是建立在主体间性的哲学认识论基础之上的。对话从根本上改变了传统的思维方式,促进了教学中“我—你”新型师生关系的建立。
The teacher-student relationship has played a significant role in the teaching activities. The traditional teacher-student relationship is one-way and indifferent, and tends to be more utilitarianism-oriented,and it is the way of thinking in subject-object opposition that causes the alienation of the traditional teacher-student relationship. The teacher-student dialogue refers to mutual openness,acceptance and attentive listening. Furthermore,it also includes both parties'presence, mutual understanding and participation. This sort of dialogue is characterized by more mutual acceptance and sharing, and it is established on the basis of intersubjective philosophical view of epistemology. This sort of dialogue has fundamentally transferred the traditional way of thinking, and promoted the establishment of the new-style teacher-student relationship of"I-you".
