摘要
The regional integration process in East Asia has already started with the extensive unfolding of cooperation in the region and the establishment of regional cooperation mechanism at different levels.In such process,the “Ten Plus One”cooperation between China and ASEAN countries serves as an important promoting factor.This article will dwell on the establishment process of cooperation mechanism in the region,analyze the existing problems,probe into the relations between China and ASEAN in the framework of such regional cooperation and put forward China’s policy considerations based on the author’s conclusions.
