多层螺旋CT对气管、支气管病变的诊断价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对气管、支气管病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析34例经病理或临床证实的气管、支气管病变的CT表现,比较轴位、MPR、MinP、VR及CTVB对病变征象的显示差异。结果①中央气道病变:MSCT后处理技术均能显示气道的异常,以MPR显示管腔狭窄、截断,管壁增厚及管周改变最佳;②周围气道病变:MPR能准确显示病灶与支气管的关系,CTVB可以显示亚段支气管的狭窄、闭塞,但图像模糊,而VR、MinP对其显示不良。结论MSCT能够有效地评价气管、支气管病变,其有助于肺癌的诊断与鉴别诊断。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice CT for tracheobronchial disease. Methods 34 patients with tracheobronchial lesion undergone chest CT scan and with pathologic or clinic diagnosis were studied retrospectively, the imaging features of lesion on axial image, MPR, MinP, VR and CTVB image were compared. Results ①Central airway disease.. CT postprocessing technique can display the abnormity of tracheobronchus, MPR can display ideally the narrowing, cutoff, wall thickness of airway, and peribronchial changes; ②Peripheral airway disease. MPR may demonstrate accurately the relationship of lesion and bronchus. CTVB can display the narrowing and obstruction of subsegmental bronchus, which was not showed clearly by VR, MinP techniques. Conclusion MSCT can evaluate effectively tracheobronchial disease, which is help to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of primary pulmonary carcinoma.
