功能磁共振成像对癫痫灶定位的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 癫痫灶的定位是难治性癫痫手术治疗的前提,当前各种术前检测手段都有一定的不足。而最新出现的功能磁共振成像技术,除了可以应用于癫痫的术前临床心理学评价研究,在癫痫灶的定位方面有更大的研究价值和应用意义,包括通过判断优势半球对颞叶癫痫致痫灶定位的方法、脑电图联合的功能磁共振成像及数据驱动模式的功能磁共振成像方法等。 To locate epileptogenic focus is an essential for surgical therapy of refractory epilepsy. However, there are many shortcomings of each current detecting technique. Blood oxygenation level-dependent functional MRI, as a jumped-up neu- roimaging method, has more significant value in application to locating epileptogenic focus, in addition to pre-surgical clinical psychological evaluating. This review pays attention to the functional MRI technique for locating epileptogenie focus, which included the method that lateralize epileptogenic focus by judging dominant hemisphere, the techniques that locate epileptogenie focus with EEG correlated functional MRI and data-driven model functional MRI.
