摘要
针对激光再制造中混合送粉的难题,设计了一种新型的双料斗载气式送粉器。做了送粉性能试验和激光熔覆试验,结果表明:输送混合粉末时,粉末混合均匀性良好,送粉速率与粉轮转速呈线性关系,载气量对送粉速率影响很小,具有良好的远距离输送能力;激光熔敷试验时能够得到良好的熔敷层形貌和金相组织结构,满足熔覆送粉工艺要求;具有良好的应用前景。
In order to solve the difficulty at powder mixture in laser refabrication process, a new type of double - hopper powder feeder with gas was designed. Performance experiments and laser cladding experiments were made to test the property of the powder feeder. The good uniformity of mixed powder was obtained, linear relationship between powder feed rate and wheel speed was messured, the very small influence of the air flux on powder feed rate was shown, the longer distant delivery ability in powder feeding process was tested, a good cladding quality and metallographic structure were achieved in laser cladding experiment. It was shown that it will be a comprehensive usage in laser re fabricating.
