摘要
利用低功率激光焊接方法实现了厚度为1.0mm的Ti—6Al-4V合金的焊接。采用金相显微观察、维氏硬度测试方法对焊缝形貌及焊缝的显微硬度进行了测试分析,并采用电子探针方法对焊缝成分进行了分析。测试分析结果表明:焊缝深度约为0.5mm,因此通过双面焊接可实现样品的结合;焊缝宽度约为1.0mm。焊缝中心的维氏显微硬度约为基底的1.7倍。电子探针结果表明,在低功率焊接过程中,由于能量密度较低,因此在焊接过程中Ti和Al基本没有蒸发,基底和焊缝中心的成分基本相同。
Laser welding technology, properties and technical parameters of welding specimen of 1.0mm thick sheets of Ti - 6Al -4V alloy have been studied via low - power density laser welding ( LP - LW), as well as the weld - seam shape observation, the Vieker' s hardness measuring and the electron probe testing. The results indicate that the weld depth is about 0.5mm, the specimen can be weld through by double sides welding, the weld width is about 1.0mm. The Vieker' s hardness of the seam center is about 1. 7 times than that of the base metal. There is no vaporization both of Ti and AI during the low - power welding process, the components of the surface and the center of weld pool are the same.
