利用传输矩阵法对超结构光栅DBR反射谱的研究

The Study of the Reflectivity of Superstructure Grating DBR Using Transfer Matrix Method

摘要 超结构光栅DBR(SSGDBR)半导体激光器是目前光通讯中应用最有前景的可调谐激光器之一。利用传输矩阵法模拟了SSGDBR的反射谱。计算中,把SSGDBR每一个光栅节距看成基本单元。对于SSGDBR的注入不同电流,反射光谱显示出调谐特征。 Superstructure grating DBR (SGDBR) lasers are the most promising one of the tunable lasers applied in optic communications. The reflectivity of superstructure grating DBR was modeled using transfer matrix method. In the modeling every grating pitch was regarded as a basic dement. Reflection spectra show tenability when different currents ware injected to SSGDBR.
