光动力疗法联合脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of Treating Port Wine Stain by Combine Photodynamic Therapy with Pulse Dye Laser

目的：对铜蒸汽激光光动力疗法联合脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣的疗程及疗效进行临床分析。方法：将鲜红斑痣患者分成A组：光动力治疗组；B组：光动力治疗联合脉冲染料治疗组,治疗后随访分析其疗效,统计平均光动力治疗次数及疗程结束后的治疗总时间。结果：A组Ⅰ级疗效为13．79%,Ⅱ级疗效为35．86%,平均光动力治疗次数次5．3,平均治疗周期27个月。B组Ⅰ级疗效为18．35%,Ⅱ级疗效为36．70%,平均光动力治疗次数次4．1,平均治疗周期19个月。结论：联合疗法可提高鲜红斑痣治疗的疗效、减少光动力治疗次数和缩短治疗周期。

Objective： Clinic analysis for treatment period and effective of pert wine stain （PWS） treated by photodynamic therapy （PDT） of copper vapor laser combine with pulse dye laser. Methods： The patient （PWS） divide into two group： A group： treated by PDT. B group： treated by combine therapy. After treatment we following up and analysis its effective and statistics the number of treatmerit times and total period. Results： A group： Ⅰ grade effective ：13.76%, Ⅱ grade： 35.86% ,average 5.3 times, average treatment period 27 months; B group： Ⅰ grade effective ：18.35%, Ⅱ grade： 36.70% ,average 4.1 times, average treatment period 19 months. Conclusions： Combine therapy can promote the effective and reduce the treatment time and shorten the treatment period.
