摘要
目的：观察氦氖激光治疗对各种手部损伤及手术的照射后疗效。方法：对60例手部外伤及手术应用LJL40-HA氦氖激光治疗仪对创面进行照射每次20分钟,每天2次(10次为一疗程)。结果：根据肿胀消退、疼痛、缓解创面愈合情况综合评定均有不同程度的进步,特别对消炎、消肿,促进创面愈合,疗效满意。优14例有效率24%、良34例有效率57%,中11例有效率18%、差1例有效率1%。结论：LJL40-HA氦氖激光治疗仪能促进手部损伤及手术后的创面恢复。
Based on the application of He - Ne Laser therapeutic instrument, this thesis mainly focuses on the records and analysis of the irradiation on the affected part of the hand pre - operation and post - operation, especially the effect of diminishing inflammation, detumescence, acesodyne and its stimulative effect of the nerve repair and wound healing. The thesis hereby provides 60 individual cases with complete information which achieve the ideal effect for consultation.
