摘要
目的探讨缺氧时视动眼震参数的变化。方法测定18名健康男性学员,吸11%低氧混合气20min前后视动眼震的各项参数。结果9名受试者在缺氧后慢相速度(SPV)、快相速度(FPV)和增益均明显降低;5名受试者缺氧前后所测指标无明显改变;4名受试者SPV、FPV和增益缺氧后明显增高。结论在缺氧条件下人的视动眼震反应是不一致的,存在个体差异。用眼震电图评定飞行人员前庭功能时,应考虑前庭功能在异常环境因素下的变化。
