摘要
髋臼骨折大多系高能量钝性损伤,其治疗极富挑战性,必须注意合并损伤,并相应调整手术治疗时机。细致的X线检查对这些损伤的成功处理非常重要;骨折的准确分型有助于正确选择手术入路;尽可能地解剖复位和患者的早期活动是临床治疗成功的标准。
Fracture of acetabulum is always caused by high energy trauma. The treatment is challenging. The associated injuries must be well evaluated, so as to adjust the timing of operation. Precise X - Ray examination is very important for the successful treatment, and the type of fracture is helpful to the choise of surgical approach. Open anatomical reduction of the articular surface combined with early mobilisation are related to the best outcome.
