摘要
为研究激光穴位照射调节免疫功能的机制,分别在大鼠腹腔注射纳洛酮,侧脑室注射纳洛酮或杆菌肽,再用10mWHe-Ne激光照射“足三里”穴,每日一次,每次10min,连照五次,观察脾淋巴细胞转化试验(Lymphocytetransformationtest,LTT)结果的变化。结果显示:外周和中枢分别给予纳洛酮后,均抑制激光穴位照射对LTT的提高作用;当中枢给予肽酶抑制剂杆菌肽后,表现为LTT的提高。而另一组结果表明:激光穴位照射组LTT值比非穴位照射组高。结论:当He-Ne激光作用于经络穴位系统后,可激活体内的阿片肽系统,通过中枢和外周的阿片受体达到调节机体免疫功能的效应。
To study the mechanism of immunomodulation by
He Ne laser point irradiation, Rats were used in this experiment and
lymphocyte transformation test (LTT) was made after naloxone i.p. or
i.c.v. and bacitracin i.c.v., followed by irradiation at Zusanli
point by 10 mW He Ne laser for 10 min per day for 5 consecutive
days. The LTT enhanced by laser was inhibited after naloxone i.p. or
i.c.v. and LTT was enhanced after bacitracin i.c.v.. The results of
other groups showed: LTT of laser point irradiation was higher than
that of laser non point irradiation. It is inferred that He Ne
laser plays a role on the meridian and point system, and activates
the opioid system and then exerts a modulation effect on immune
function via the opioid receptors in central and peripheral nervous
system. Our findings also indicate that laser irradiation has a point
specificity for enhanced cellular immune function.
