摘要
目的:检测大肠癌患者门静脉血CK 20mRNA的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:用实时定量荧光逆转录聚合酶链(FQ-PCR)方法,检测72例大肠癌患者门静脉及周围静脉血CK 20mRNA的表达情况。结果:大肠癌患者门静脉血CK 20mRNA表达的阳性率(72%)高于周围静脉血(43%)(P<0.01),大肠癌Dukes C,D期门静脉血CK 20mRNA高于A,B期(P<0.01)。结论:门静脉血CK 20mRNA表达的检测比周围静脉血检测更准确、敏感,是判断体内隐性播散的可靠方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of CK20 mRNA expression in portalvein blood of eoloreetal cancer. Methods Expression of CK20mRNA was detected with FQ-PCR in portal-vein blood and peripheral blood in 72 eoloreetal patients. Results The expression of CK20mRNA in portal-vein blood was significantly higher than that in the peripheral blood in every stage of eoloreetal cancer patients. Conclusion The determination of CK20mRNA in portal-vein blood is more accurate and sensitive than in the peripheral vein blood. And it is an ideal means for evaluation of the prognosis.
