378例声带疾患纤维喉镜分析

Analysis of laryngofiberscopy results of hoarseness in 378 cases

目的:探讨声嘶患者病因及临床特点。方法:对378例声嘶患者纤维喉镜检查结果进行分析。结果:声带息肉121例(32.01%)、慢性喉炎93例(24.60%)、声带麻痹49例(12.96%)、声带小结48例(12.77%)、及喉癌32例(8.47%),为声嘶常见5种病因,占总人数的90.74%,它们在4个年龄组分布不尽相同(P<0.05)。结论:引起声嘶的疾病在不同年龄组分布不同,小儿以慢性喉炎、声带小结为主,中青年以声带息肉、慢性喉炎为主,老年人以喉癌、声带麻痹为主。

Objective To study the causes and clinical features of hoarseness. Methods The laryngofiberscopic resutts of 378 cases of hoarseness in different ages were analyzed. Results The common 5 causes of hoarseness included polyp of vocal cord （121 cases, 32.01%）, chronic laryngitis （93 cases, 24.60%）, paralysis of vocal cord （49 cases, 12.96% ）, vocal nodule （48 cases, 12.77%） and carcinoma of larynx （32 cases, 8. 47%）, which accounted for 90. 74% of the all cases. The distribution in 4 groups was different （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The common causes of hoarseness are different in different ages. Chronic laryngitis and vocal nodule occur in children, polyp of vocal cord and chronic laryngitis in youth and adult, carcinoma of larynx and paralysis of vocal cord in the aged.
