摘要
当前,我国的基础教育改革对教师职业道德提出了新的要求及挑战,尤其体现在实践层面。课堂是引发教师行为、建立师生关系、进行师生互动的主要场所,也是使师德规范对教师的激励、指导和约束作用切实体现于实践的主要场所。在课堂场域中,师德不仅体现在教师行为与师生关系中,而且最终通过师生互动得以实现。
At present, the basic educational reform in China puts forwards a new demand and challenge towards the teachers' professional morality, which especially embodies in practice. The class is the main place for giving rise to teachers' action, establishing the teacher-student relationship and carrying out teacher-student interaction. In the meanwhile, the class is also a major place in which the teachers' professional morality motivates, guides and restricts teachers' action. In class, the teachers' professional morality can not only be reflected in the teachers' action and the teacher-student relationship, but also be realized through the teacher-student interaction finally.
