瑞香狼毒水提物抗肿瘤作用

ANTITUMOR ACTIVITY OF CHINESES STELLERA(Stellera chamaejasme L.)

瑞香狼毒水提物（ＳｃＬ）抑制小鼠移植肿瘤Ｓ－１８０生长，５－２０ｇ／ｋｇ（相当生药）ｉｐ１０ｄ，抑制率为１６．２％～４７．８％。ＳｃＬ对体外培养的Ｓ－１８０细胞生长、集落形成和ＭＴＴ甲化合物生成有显著抑制作用，并和剂量呈正相关。０．２５～１６ｇ／Ｌ处理细胞２４ｈ，细胞生长抑制率为５．１％～８９．４％，ＭＴＴ甲化合物生成抑制率为２．４％～７６．９％；处理细胞１２ｈ，Ｓ－１８０细胞软琼脂集落形成减少１．５％～６３．１％。本文结果提示瑞香狼毒的抗肿瘤作用与其直接细胞毒作用有关。

Effects of Chinese Stellera(Stellera chamaejasme L. ScL)on the growth ofmazane foimation of S - 180 cells in vitro were arudied. It was found thar ScL inhibited thegrowth of transplanted mouse tumor S - 180, the active constituents extracted with water, 5～20g/kg(equivalent crude drug) ip for 10 d, the inhibition rates of it against S - 180 were16. 2 % ～47 . 8% . ScL inhibited the preliferation of S - 180 cells, aiid the inhibition rate had a positive in-terrelationship with the concentration and disposure time. At the conceniration of 0. 25～16 g/L,inhibition rate was 5. 1 % ～ 89.4 % . After disposure of the cells to ScL 2 mg/ml for 6, 12, 24, 48h, the inhibition rates were 7.4%, 19.9%, 38.8% ,59. 1 % respectively. ScL inhibited alsomarkedly the MTT formazane formation and colonial formation of S - 180 cells.These results showed that ScL had an effective antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo.
