摘要
采用熔融法制备萘普生(Nap)固体分散体,测定不同组份Nap/PEG体系的熔点,绘制共熔相图。测定固体分散体溶解度,溶出速率。结果表明:当Nap与PEG4000(6000)组份比1:4时出现低共熔现象。固体分散体可显著提高Nap的溶解度及溶出速率。
Naproxen solid dispersion(NSD) was prepared by fusion method. The meltingpiont of NSD was determined and graphs of eutectic mixture phases of Nap in the system of PEG4000(6000)were drawn. The folubility and the dissolution rate were measured. The resultsshowed that the eutectic piont was obtained when the composition ratio of the disperion betweenNap and PEG was 1: 4. The soluhility and the dissolution rate of NSD were remarkably incremsed.
