Research on Identification and Comprehensive Evaluation of Contract Management Risk of Enterprises

随着我国公司法律风险的加大以及合同管理在企业中的地位提高,合同风险管理也日益受到重视。合同风险管理流程有合同管理风险辨识、合同管理风险分析、合同管理风险规划和合同管理风险监控四个阶段;通过专家调查法和业务流程法对合同管理要素风险和合同管理流程风险进行辨识;通过实地调研,发放风险调查问卷,利用模糊综合评判法对某企业的合同管理风险进行综合评价分析;并总结出风险点的规律特征。

With the increasing legal risk and the important role of contract management department of enterprises in China, enterprises now attach more importance to contract risk management than before. The process of contract risk management is introduced which includes risk identification, risk analysis and assessment, risk plan, risk monitor and control of contract management. Then contract management factor risk and contract management process risk are identified with the method of expert research and operation process respectively. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to assess risk of contract management, and the rules of the risk are analyzed through questionnaire research of an enterprise.
