摘要 红外线列车轴温监测系统是目前铁路采用的一种列车运行安全动态监测装置,其中红外轴温探测器是其关键部件。针对红外探测器进行研究,详细讨论了红外轴温监测系统中存在的温度漂移和非线性问题,探讨了解决温度漂移和进行线性化补偿的各种方法和措施,并选择了合适的方案对热敏电阻红外传感器轴温监测装置进行温漂补偿和线性化补偿,建立了用于轴温测量的软件系统和硬件系统。 Nowadays infrared hot-box detector system is one of the dynamic monitors to be used for the safety of moving train. The infrared detector is the hard core of the infrared hot-box detector system. In this thesis, by the research of infrared detector, the problems of temperature drift and nonlinear characteristics existing in the infrared hot box detector system are discussed in detail; the methods to solve the temperature drift and to realize the non-linear compensation are discussed; the appropriate project to realize the temperature drift and the non-linea compensation existing in the infrared thermal resistance detector is selected; and the software and hardware used to measure the temperature of train axle are designed.
