Reformation and Innovation on Metalworking Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着机械制造技术的不断进步,新材料、新技术、新工艺在机械工业生产中大量普及和应用,金工实习教学在许多方面存在着问题。简要分析了机械制造业的发展趋势与要求,总结了传统金工实习教学的现状,指出了其存在的问题和不足,并针对这些问题提出了改革与创新的具体思路和措施。

Along with the advance of machinery manufacture industry, new material, new technology and new technique have been popularized in and applied to the machinery industry, however, there are many problems in the teaching of metalworking practice. This article analyses in brief the trend and requirement of machinery manufacture industry, summarizes the present situation, and puts forward problems and shortcoming in the traditional metalworking practice, and point out soecific thinking and measures.
