摘要
通过对定向越野运动知识的学习,了解定向运动的特点,结合我国青少年有氧耐力素质较差的实际情况,将定向越野运动引入到中长跑运动中,以提高青少年中长跑的兴趣,培养青少年养成自觉锻炼的习惯,使青少年的有氧耐力素质得到提高。
Through learning the knowledge of directional cross-country running and getting some ideas of its traits, this paper, considering the reality that the aerobic endurance of our teenagers is not strong enough, introduces directional cross-country running into middle and long distance races to improve the interests of teenagers and cultivate teenagers to form a good habit of exercising consciously, thus tries to achieve the goal of strengthen the teenagers' aerobic endurance.
