摘要
大学生的心理健康问题已成为学生、家长、高校乃至社会普遍关心的问题。如何对大学生进行心理健康教育,改善大学生的心理健康水平,已经成为当前高校教育的热点。本文分析了大学生心理健康的现状和存在的问题,论述了体育运动对大学生心理健康的促进作用,并提出了一些有效利用体育促进心理健康的方法和途径。
College students' psychological health has become an issue of general concern for college students and their parents, universities and the society as well. How to conduct education in this respect and improve the level of psychological health has become a hot topic in college education. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems in relation to college students' psychological health, and demonstrates the role of sports in promoting psychological health of college students. In addition, the paper puts forward some effective ways and measures that make use of sports to improve the psychological health of college students.
