胸腔镜下行交感神经链切断术体位的改进

Improrement on the operative position of thoracoscopic surgery for the resection of sympathetic chain

目的:探讨手汗症患者胸腔镜下行交感神经链切断术的体位摆放方法,最大限度满足患者的舒适和安全。方法:将58例交感神经链切除术患者随机分为两组,A组采用方法1,B组采用方法2(改进手术侧上肢固定的位置与高度及骨盆处固定方法),观察两组体位摆放时间、术后舒适度、手术野暴露情况。结果:B组患者体位摆放时间短于A组,差异有极显著性(P＜0．01);术后舒适度B组优于A组,差异有显著性(P＜0．05);术者对两组患者的手术野暴露情况均满意,差异无显著性。结论:改进后的手术体位省时、省力,患者术后舒适度改善。

Objective：To discuss the operative position of thoracoscopic surgery for the resection of sympathetic chain,and to try our best to make a comfortable and safe posture for the clients during the operation.Methods：To divide the 58 clients into 2 groups in randora,group a A was adopted with method I and group B with method 2 （chanqing the fixation position of arm and pelvis）.The time of pesture,comfort after operation and explosion condition of operation in two groups were observed respectively.Resulrs：The time of posture in group B was shouter than that in group A,with a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）;the postoperative comfort in group B was superior to that in groupA,with a sigificant difference between them （P〈0.05）;the explosion condition of operation in both group was satisfactory,without significant difference between them.Conclusion：The improved position is effective,it can save the time of operation and the clients feel more comfortable after operation.
