CD40分子与泌尿系肿瘤的研究进展
摘要
CD(Cluster of Differentiation)40分子是表达于细胞表面的白细胞分化抗原。属于肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族。CD40分子最初于1985年通过单克隆抗体与膀胱肿瘤细胞和B淋巴细胞发生反应而被识别.1989年被完全克隆。CD40分子介导了免疫细胞的成熟及免疫效应的发挥,在肿瘤免疫、移植免疫、自身免疫性疾病、炎症、动脉硬化等病理免疫反应中具有重要作用。现就CD40分子与泌尿系肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。
