摘要
目的为初治肺结核选用合理化疗药物提供科学依据.方法采用改良罗氏培养基对Ⅲ型初治肺结核分离出的92株结核菌做百种常用抗结核药物的药敏试验.结果92株结核菌耐药发生率为72.8%,耐药率依次是SM50.0%、INH44.6%、RFP25.0%、EMB21.7%、KM9.8%、PASS.7%、CPM4.3%和132lth2.2%.单耐1药和同时耐2药之和占92株的52.2%,耐HR20株占21.7%。结论S、H、R、E耐药发生率较高,初治结核病做耐药规定是必要的;耐1、2种药物的菌株比例较大.故应联合用药。
