摘要
近年来不断发生的高管违规事件,使监管者和投资者越来越意识到防范上市公司非经营性财务风险的重要性。为了分析和识别这些风险,建立了基于案例推理技术的上市公司高管人事风险预警,研究了其中的关键技术。最后通过实例分析对该技术进行检验,研究表明,将该方法应用于上市公司风险预警是有效的。
In recent years, owning to the violation of rules and regulations of top management team, supervisers and investors realize that it is more and more importance to take precautions against the non-profit making financial risk of listed company. In order to analyse and discern these risks,this paper sets up the pre-warning of personnel risk in listed company based on case-based reasoning, and studied the key technology of it. Finally through an instance analysis, is shown that case-based resaoning is effective to the risk prewarning of listed company.
