以氯甲酸乙酯和2-氯-4-氟苯酚为原料,首先制得2-氯-4-氟苯基碳酸乙酯中间体,再用混酸进行硝化,得到2-氯-4-氟-5-硝基苯基碳酸乙酯。二步反应总收率为86.58%,产品纯度为96.30%。

2-Chloro-4-fluoro-phenyl ethyl carbonate was synthesized from ethyl chloroformate and 2-chloro-4- fluorophenol. After nitrification 2-chloro-4-fluoro-5-nitrophenyl ethyl carbonate was prepared. The yield of the product was 86.58%. The purity was 96.30%.
