大田常用农药对椰心叶甲和椰甲截脉姬小蜂的选择毒性 被引量:10

Selective Toxicity of Three Insecticides on Brontispa longissima and Asecodes hispinarum

摘要 测定了氯氰菊酯、啶虫脒和椰甲清3种杀虫剂对椰心叶甲幼虫及其寄生性天敌椰甲截脉姬小蜂成虫的相对毒力。3种药剂对椰心叶甲幼虫的毒力大小依次为氯氰菊酯>啶虫脒>椰甲清,其LC50分别为0.5495、7.8253、12.4537mg/L;对椰甲截脉姬小蜂成虫的毒力大小依次为啶虫脒>椰甲清>氯氰菊酯,其LC50分别为0.3555、4.1400、16.6648mg/L。氯氰菊酯、啶虫脒和椰甲清3种杀虫剂对椰心叶甲幼虫和椰甲截脉姬小蜂成虫的益害毒性比分别为30.3272、0.0454和0.3324。3种药剂在有效防治椰心叶甲的前提下对天敌椰甲截脉姬小蜂的安全性依次为氯氰菊酯>啶虫脒>椰甲清。 The comparative toxicity of the three insecticides cypermethrin, acetamiprid and Yejiaqing on the Brontispa longissima larva and its autoeciousness natural enemy Asecodes hispinarum adults was determined. The toxicity of these three insecticides on the Brontispa longissima larva was cypermethrin〉acetamiprid〉Yejiaqing, the LCsos were 0.5495, 7.8253 and 12.4537 mg/L, respectively. The toxicity of these three insecticides on the Asecodes hispinarum adults was acetamiprid 〉 yejiaqing 〉cypermethrin, the LCs0s were 0.3555, 4.1400 and 16.6648 mg/L, respectively. The toxicity ratios (LC50 of insecticide on Asecodes hispinarum adults/LCso of insecticide on Brontispa longissima larva) were 30.3272, 0.0454 and 0.3324, respectively. The safety of the three insecticides to the natural enemy Asecodes hispinarum was cypermethrin 〉acetamiprid〉 Yejiaqing when giving effective control to the Brontispa longissima.
