摘要
平衡记分卡作为供应链绩效评价的手段,以战略目标为出发点,把企业各部门的任务、决策、流程转化为既独立又相互联系的目标,然后再把目标分解成多项指标进行评价。基于平衡记分卡的思想,结合主成分分析法和数据包络分析,建立供应链企业绩效评价模型,全面反映供应链的绩效,为供应链的持续改进提供帮助。
The balanced scorecard is a quite useful approach for the supply chain performance evaluation. With the strategic guidance, the approach transform the task, decision-making and work flow of each department of an enterprise into independent and mutual related target tasks, and then takes those target tasks as various indices for separate evaluation. Based on the balance scorecard theory, and meanwhile by use of the principal components analysis and DEA, the performance evaluation model of the supply chain enterprise is established to comprehensively reflect the performance of the supply chain and also help to continuously improve the supply chain.
