强直性脊柱炎患者外周血CD62P的表达

The significance of CD62P in patients with ankylosing spondylitis

目的探讨活动性强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者外周血CD62P表达的变化及意义。方法用流式细胞术检测15例活动性AS患者（AS组）与15例正常人（正常对照组）外周血CD62P的表达，同时用免疫比浊法测定C-反应蛋白（CRP），用魏氏法测定血沉（ESR）。结果AS组患者的外周血CD盘P表达[（12．99±4．50）％]明显高于正常对照组[（2．78±1．04）％]。P〈0．01；AS组患者CD62P的表达量与ESR、CRP呈正相关。r分别为0．235（P〈0．01）与0．344（P〈0．01）。结论活动性AS患者存在CD62P的高度表达。

Objective To explore the significance of CD62P expressed in circulating blood in patients with active ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods The levels of CD62P were detected by flow cytometry in 15 active AS patients （AS group）and 15 normsl controls（control group）. At the same time the erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and C-reactive protein （CRP） were determined in both groups. Results The levels of CD62P in AS group [ （12.99 ± 4.50）% ] was significantly higher than that in control group[ （2.78 ± 1.04）% ], P〈0.01. There was a correlation between CD62P and ESR （r=0.235, P〈 0.01） and also a correction between CD62P and C RP among AS group （r=0.344, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The active AS patients have highly--expressed CD62P in circulating bloed, which maybe the result of AS attack.
