冠心病患者血浆脂肪酸的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的进一步探讨冠心病患者血浆脂肪酸组成及含量。方法冠心病组选取已明确诊断为陈旧性心肌梗死或心绞痛患者30例(病程1—3年)及急性心肌梗死患者24例(病程7-14d),正常组选取正常健康者60例。采用Morrison法提取血浆脂肪酸,再以气相色谱法检测三氟化硼甲酯化的脂肪酸,由数据处理仪计算出各组分所占百分比。结果(1)冠心病组血浆总饱和脂肪酸明显增高,其中增高明显的是豆蔻酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸。(2)单不饱和脂肪酸:冠心病组的反式油酸较正常组明显增高,油酸则较正常组明显减少。(3)多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA):①总PuFA在冠心病组较正常组明显降低;②n-6PUFA中:冠心病组亚油酸、γ-亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、二十二碳四烯酸和二十碳三烯酸及二十二碳五烯酸均降低,尤以二十二碳五烯酸较正常组降低更明显;③n-3PUFA中:冠心病组的α-亚麻酸、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)及二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)均较正常组明显降低。结论冠心病组患者血浆中总饱和脂肪酸及反式油酸较正常组明显增高,而油酸、亚油酸、γ-亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、α-亚麻酸及其代谢产物EPA、DHA均较正常组明显降低,更重要的二十碳三烯酸、二十二碳四烯酸、二十二碳五烯酸也较正常对照组明显缺乏。
