摘要
脊髓硬膜外血肿（spinal epidural hematoma,SEH）是一种需要急诊手术的少见疾病。自1682年解剖学家描述SEH以来．全球仅报道几百例。由于该病极少见。尚缺乏基于人群的流行病学调查研究资料。现就其病因、临床表现、诊断和治疗等有关内容进行综述。
