摘要
本文研究了一种基于工业控制计算机的自动跟踪补偿消弧装置,对消弧线圈调谐方法的原理及技术特点进行了分析,阐述了用工业控制计算机进行自动调谐的方法,最后给出了现场试验结果。该装置简化、改进了测控系统的主板设计、软件编程,提高了原装置的测量精度和可靠性,实现了大容量的状态显示和历史数据存储和打印,以及远程控制,现场自动或手动控制等功能。
An auto-tracing compensation arc-suppressing device based on industrial personal computer is studied here. The principle and features of resonating methods of arc-quenching coil are analyzed in this paper. The method of automatic resonance adjustment by industrial personal computer is described. Finally, some field experimental results are also presented. The method makes the design of mainboard and programs easier, and considerably enhances measurement precision and system reliability. This system can store and print a mass of historical data. And the operating states in both normal and fault conditions can be displayed on a large screen. This device can be operated from both the central control room and operator standby.
